The contract is concluded directly between the customer and Room24. Room24 acts as an intermediary for hotel reservations, payments, and additional offers. The actual performance is provided by the respective accommodation providers who are responsible for the proper execution of the booking.
Bookings through Room24 are limited to a maximum of four rooms per accommodation per day. If more rooms are needed, the customer must contact the group booking service. A booking becomes binding only when Room24 has confirmed it and the customer has made full payment or a deposit.
A booking is considered completed once full payment or deposit has been received. This booking remains guaranteed even in the event of a later arrival of the customer. If the customer does not show up, the full amount will be charged.
The displayed prices include the legally applicable value-added tax (VAT). Bookings outside the Eurozone are converted into euros at the current exchange rate, which may lead to possible price changes due to currency fluctuations. In case of incorrect price indications, Room24 reserves the right to cancel the booking within 72 hours of confirmation.
If the price increases by more than 10%, the customer has the option to cancel the booking free of charge or accept the changed price.
Room24 reserves the right to offer the same accommodations at different prices, for example during special promotions or last-minute deals. Pricing errors due to typographical or technical problems are not binding. Room24 assumes no liability for such errors that may result in cancellations.
Full payment for the booking must be made no later than 48 hours before the first booked service, unless otherwise agreed. Room24 offers various payment methods. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the chosen payment method is sufficiently covered.
Cancellations must be made in accordance with the specific cancellation conditions of the respective accommodation provider.
Room24 reserves the right to cancel bookings and refund payments if exceptional circumstances require it. Further compensation claims are excluded.
In the case of a no-show that has not been canceled or announced in time, the full booking amount will be due. A no-show is considered a serious breach of the contract.
Bookings can be transferred to another person upon request. Both parties are responsible for any costs incurred due to the transfer and for the payment of the accommodation costs.
Complaints must be submitted in writing to Room24 and the respective accommodation provider within one month after the service has been rendered. Room24 will respond to the complaints within 30 days.
Room24 acts solely as an intermediary and assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damages that occur during the stay unless they are due to a failure or act of Room24.
Room24 is not liable for booking errors, accommodation defects, or the quality of the provided services. Room24's liability is limited to the careful selection and mediation of the offered services.
